Desafio
Dream Life emerged from a bold dream of revolutionizing the real estate market in Paraná, with special focus on the segment My Home My Life. It needed to establish its visual identity, something that would translate its fundamental values of transparency, ethics and honesty, differentiating itself in a highly competitive and traditionalist market. The biggest challenge was to create an identity that, even though it is new, transmits reliability and professionalism, while communicating its unique approach of prioritizing the human being before the business.
Objetivo
Our goal was to develop a visual identity that breaks with the traditional standards of the real estate market, creating a modern and welcoming brand that reflects the transforming essence of Dream Life. It was essential that the design visually translate the meaning of "dream life" and establish an immediate emotional connection with the audience. The identity needed to be sophisticated enough to meet also the segment of medium/ high standard, without losing the accessibility necessary for the public of Minha Casa Minha Vida, thus preparing the brand for its ambitious expansion through the state of Paraná.
Resultado
The new visual identity of Dream Life managed to perfectly capture the balance between dream and realization, through a contemporary design that escapes the clichés of the real estate market. The choice of color palette, based on purple tones, brought the desired innovation and differentiated the brand in the segment. The result is an identity that conveys professionalism and reliability, while maintaining the welcoming and human aspect that is fundamental to the brand. Each visual element was thought to communicate the message that Dream Life is not just another real estate, but a partnership in realizing the dream of home ownership, establishing from the first visual contact its unique value proposition focused on people, not just in business.
